A: Yes, we offer two types of samples:
Existing Samples: Free of charge (you only pay shipping) to check our material quality and structure.
Custom Pre-production Samples: We create a sample with your specific dimensions and artwork. This ensures everything is perfect before we start mass production.
Q: What is the typical lead time for an order?
A: For custom samples, it usually takes 5–7 days. For mass production, our standard lead time is 15–22 working days, depending on the order volume and complexity of the craft. We always strive to meet your project deadlines.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer flexible shipping options including Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can also handle DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to simplify the import process for you.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), Credit Card, and PayPal. Usually, we require a 30%–50% deposit to start production, with the balance cleared before shipping.
